I would be tempted to clean caches, disabling some apps that could steal z order positioning, run system in safe mode, upgrade/downgrade graphic drives. Windows itself could be the issue as well, since it inherently controls all z ordering for the system. What I did not change was the drivers - neither upgraded nor downgraded them.īasically, another program could interfere (or delay) the "z order" positioning when Windows switches focus (or re-orders) the visible windows on screen. I just noticed that one day it was gone but I don't know what I did exactly to stop it. Speaking of myself, the issue on my side has stopped.
